Marriage, Commitment, and Google Plus

I've been thinking a lot about marriage and commitment lately. Know what I've decided? They SUCK!

For the first time in my life I can see why so many men are commitment phobics, and why they avoid commitment and marriage. Duh.

Yes, I'm still married to Wes...at the moment. But he made some changes in his lifestyle three years ago I can't live with. Yes, he is very aware of how I feel about this. Yes, he knows our marriage is on thin ice. Very thin.

But don't worry, everyone. The SexWitch may have morphed in the last two weeks from a marrying kinda girl to a no-commitment girl. But I haven't change in all the important ways.

I mean, I haven't gone Alpha on you. *lol* I'm still a sweet, romantic, oversexed Beta chick, who lavishes her love and affection on her friends, readers/fans, and cats. Yes, I still believe in happy marriages and commitment for other people. Just not for me. And, yes, I still love to write romantic, erotica novels with sexy heroes that make my readers swoon.

None of that has changed.

But what has changed is my view of my personal life. These days I'm spreading my wings like a dragonfly and exploring the "No Commitment Zone."

So if you're a man, you need to know this. The SexWitch is no longer catchable when it comes to commitment or marriage. I'm running too fast. I don't care how good or how magically powerful you think you are, there's no way you can catch me now. None. Nada. It ain't happening.

See? I knew being a runner all these years would come in handy for something. *grin*

In other news, I joined the hot new social network Google Plus (G+) this week. One of my Pagan friends from Facebook and Twitter told me about it (thanks, Eric!), and I'm having a blast!

Google+ is only 3 weeks old, yet it's already grown to 20 million members. Wow. Every day I'm meeting awesome Pagans there. Not to mention there's a Google+ app for my iPhone.

Hey, any social site that can give me an app from the iTunes store for my iPhone is gonna see a lot of me. My iPhone is the handy, mini computer I take with me wherever I go, and I love how it makes my life and work easier.

More news. I'm really cookin on my latest erotica vamp novella, "A Vampire's Desire." Since my last blog post I've fleshed out the hero and heroine, outlined the first 5 chapters, figured out the plot/conflict, and Chapters 1 and 2 are in first draft.

OMGoddess, this is gonna be one HAWT, romantic novella! Ravenmoon was such a minor secondary character in the three novels she has already appeared in that I didn't know much about her. Now that I do, I adore her. And this vamp hero is beyond sexy. A total panty-melt. Whew! *fans myself*

The SexWitch is Ready to Spread Her Wings and FLY!

Today, I have good news and bad news for you.

First, the bad news. All the glorious plans I had with my Otherkin Fey mate didn't work out. He has vanished. Again.

I was totally bummed for a while. He is the most wonderful man. But it appears we aren't a good match for each other. So what can you do?

Now for the good news. My life has been on hold since "A Vampire's Kiss" was published the end of April. I've been waiting, waiting, waiting....

Well, no more. It's time for me to move on.

And that means I'm working on the next vamp novel in "The Manigault Vampires" series.

I know. I can hearing you cheering already. *grin* This news is definitely worthy of a squeeeeeeeeeee....!

Here's what's happened. It seems a very sexy vamp entered the "world" of my vamp series this week. And he won't leave me alone until I write his story.

He's not a Manigault. But he is a friend of Val. I envision this book to be a 18-20,000 word novella, which is about twice the size of the novellas in "The Rune Witch Series."

More good news. Because this is a novella and not one of my longer novels it should be finished and published by the end of the year. That means you won't have to wait until late 2012 to read the next book in this HAWT erotica series.

Squeeeeeeeeeee....!

So the SexWitch is moving on in her career and in her personal life. It's time for her to spread her wings and fly.

As usual, I have no idea where this freebird, Otherkin Fey chick will land.

But I do know one thing. It will be GOOD. No doubt about it!!

WTF is Happening to Me??

This past weekend was most extraordinary for me, considering something very sad happened with my Fey mate on Monday of last week.

The extraordinary stuff began after midnight on Friday when I performed my Fey ritual in the forest to celebrate the "Blessing Moon" Esbat. I woke up at 11:00am on Friday morning almost drunk with full moon energy. Good thing cause on Friday I received another shock online from my Fey mate. Then an intense love spell hit me around 4:00pm and left me dizzy for hours.

The rest of the afternoon and evening I was totally buzzed from this double-whammy, like I'd been smoking wacky weed all day. Contentment, joy, and an overwhelming sense of well-being had me grooving to life and wanting to spread my Fey wings and FLY. Weeeeeeeeeee....!!

If you're one of my Facebook friends you saw my updates and posts about that. *lol*

I woke up Saturday totally mellow, still grooving on the afterglow of this unusual energy buzz. And horny too. I hadn't planned to go into the spirit realm and fuck my Fey mate that evening, but I couldn't stay away. Yeah, we went at each other like wild rabbits for quite a while. Still, I couldn't fall asleep til 4:00am Sunday morning. I was too saturated with this incredible energy.

When I woke up at noon on Sunday the mellow buzz was gone. In its place was an energy surge so strong all I wanted to do was burst out of my skin and dance.

Really.

I've never felt anything like it. Extreme joy and overwhelming happiness so intense I couldn't decide if I should collapse on the floor and cry from extreme euphoria, or dance like a dervish. Anything to release this river of spiritual energy pouring into me from who-knows-where. My skin was practically vibrating. No kidding. And all the energy grounding techniques I know weren't working for me.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeee...!

When Wes and I arrived at the grocery store a few hours later, Liz (an Otherkin Flower Fey friend of mine), took one look at me and said, "You are so beautiful today!" She smiled from ear to ear like she couldn't believe what she was seeing. "You're glowing," she continued. "What are you doing?!"

Okay, I've been known to glow, and obviously that's what was happening while I tried to deal with this overpowering surge of energy flowing into me.

Like I said, I have no idea where it was coming from. But I suspect some of it may have been more spells cast by my Fey mate. Although I know how his spells feel, and they've never been this intense before. If I could have leapt out of my skin I would have. Seriously. Or if my Fey mate had appeared in my driveway in his bronze Hummer on Sunday I would have jumped his bones ASAP and fucked his brains out. No doubt about it. I was almost manic by then. And horny as hell.

Anyway, spending time grocery shopping with Wes, the psi-vamp, drained me, and my energy buzz disappeared.

That evening I was zapped with another energy surge. This one was more subtle, but just as overwhelming. It pushed my psychic ability into overdrive. I've always been extremely psychic and move easily through the earth and spirit realms. But now the spirit realm was sharper than ever, and the boundaries between the two were so hazy the human part of me practically disappeared forever on Sunday night. Once again, I was dizzy. But this time with psychic clarity.

Whew!

Like I said in the title of this blog post, I have no idea what's happening, or what the rest of this week will bring. Hopefully, more sleep since I've only had 3-4 hours of sleep every night since Friday due to this amazing energy overload.

Whatever is happening to me, one thing is certain. It's gonna be awesomely GOOD. That I do know without a doubt. I can feel it in every vibrating cell of my cute little Otherkin Fey bod.

Okay, you've been warned. The SexWitch is on overdrive these days, and her engine is ROARING with otherworldly energy. If you see a brilliant flash in the sky this week it could be me.

Yeah, this year is gonna be a wild ride. But it always is with me, isn't it? *witchy wink*

A Dangly Parts Question. *wink*

Okay, I said I would spill my awesomely wonderful news today, but on Monday I found out it will be delayed a bit longer.

What is your fav kind of Trojan condom?

I ask because I've used Trojan "Ultra Thin" for years. But I wanted to try something different and picked up a package of "Her Pleasure" last week. This one has been recommended to me several times, so I decided to give it a shot. I've gotta say I was surprised by its strange shape. However I love the fact it's lubed inside and out, because men get condom burn (ouch!) as easily as women do when the fucking gets fast, furious, and frisky. *lusty wink*
